Calculating CGPA is very easy with the
help of MS-Excel....
Steps:
1)Go to
www.klnce.edu/studentOld/stu_con_form.asp
and enter your roll number to get CGPA from1st sem to 7th
sem.
2)copy the data importantly with grades
and credit.
3)Now open MS-Excel sheet and Right
click->Paste special->Uncoded txt->ok
(You will get as shown in the picture)
4)In that manually enter grades and
credit point for 8th sem.
5)Select 'E' column and press ctrl+F
6)Go to 'Find and Replace tab' and
replace all S with 10, A with 9 and so on.
7)Move the cursor to G1 and '=E1*F1'
and press enter. Drag the answer throughout the column.
8)Using autosum option(or =sum()
formula) find the total column F and G
9)Now divide total of column G with
total of column F. You will get overall CGPA.
